    The opportunity: Skagit Valley College is seeking candidates for the position of Procure-to-Pay Manager for the Business Office at our campus in Mount Vernon, WA. The position is responsible for college wide purchasing services, strategic sourcing, receiving of goods, administers the college credit card program, accounts payable, and asset inventory functions of the College.


    The position is charged with ensuring all product and material purchases meet defined quality standards following college policies and procedures along with state and federal requirements and all applicable laws. This includes ensuring all materials are received, recorded properly, and payment of vouchers/contracts are timely and accurate. This position will work with complex college information systems, and serve as an expert in the integration and utilization of the procure-to-pay process.


    This is an exempt position working under the general direction of the Director of Business Services.  This position supervises the Procurement & Supply Specialist 2 position and two full-time Accounts Payable staff.

    What we offer: A salary of $68,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
