Position Summary:
The Senior Data and Reporting Analyst's primary role will be to advance the reporting objectives of ORP programs, promote effectiveness and transparency in recipient use of funds, and conduct quality analysis for officials. This high impact, high visibility position will have significant latitude under official guidance and will have opportunities to contribute across Treasury pandemic relief programs.
This position will be overseeing the post-award reporting and data collection activities associated with SLFRF in coordination with the compliance pods, program teams, contractors, and outside stakeholders. This will include 1) instructing and coordinating on the development and deployment of reporting portals for recipient data collection to ensure data quality and consistency; 2) Identifying and reviewing data submissions to effectively administer data accuracy and completeness checks; and 3) developing oral and written reports and presentations that detail findings related to recipient submitted data.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Expert knowledge of advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis and review techniques for large datasets.
- Expert knowledge in managing Federal financial assistance programs at the Federal, state, and/or local government level.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex analysis and research to broader audiences.
