The Massachusetts Division of Ecological Restoration (DER) is hiring a Finance Manager (Fiscal Officer IV)! This position will play a critical role during an exciting and historic time to join our team, which in the past year successfully restored/reconnected 34 river miles and restored over 15 acres of salt marsh. The Finance Manager position is a collaborative leadership role which works with DER's Director, Deputy Directors, Assistant Director, Branch Managers, Program Managers, and other staff to achieve DER's mission to restore and protect rivers, wetlands, and watersheds for the benefit of people and the environment. DER's Finance Manager is a collaborative leadership role that will work closely with senior staff to oversee and manage operational, capital, and federal budgets, procurement, grants, and a growing fiscal team to navigate the complexity and interdisciplinary nature of DER's work.
