A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics and minimum of 7 years of professional experience in governmental budgeting, including at least 3 years of managerial level experience.
A Master's Degree in one of the above mentioned fields may be substituted for one year of the general experience. There is no substitution for the 3 years of managerial experience.
