The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) Contracts and Procurement team is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Contracts and Procurement Specialist (Senior Project Funding & Agreements Coordinator) who will support SDOT's consultant contracting needs as we continue to expand our Contract and Procurement program. Reporting to the Contracts Manager within the Contracts & Procurement group, but acting independently, this position will work across the entire organization, as well as collaborate with staff from other departments within the City to perform a variety of consultant contracting and procurement related tasks. SDOT's consultant contracting needs currently exceed $82M in active contracts for projects related to Move Levy, Vision Zero, Central Waterfront, Bus Rapid Transit, bridge projects, and full solicitations needed for complex federally funded contracts to ensure requirement compliance, as well as 553 current SDOT consultant contract documents of which 400 had contract action by contracts staff last year alone.
